Packaging

We use different packaging depending on the size of the print and the country where it is produced and shipped.

Our standard packaging for prints is:

  • Up to A4: Shipped flat in protective packaging

  • Larger than A4: Shipped in sturdy tubes

Delivery Delays & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control — such as courier delays, or seasonal demand.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as delays can occur in transit. We’re always happy to help if you need an update on your delivery.
